These blueberry blondies are bursting with blueberries in every bite. They are moist, gooey and aromatic. With only a few ingredients you can bake them easily.

30 minutes to bake these chewy and fudgy blondies.

Sift together flour, baking powder, cardamom powder and salt. Set aside.

Whisk the castor sugar and brown sugar with lemon zest.

Using an electric beater melt butter with sugars for 3 – 4 minutes.

Add lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract and the egg and beat again until combined.

Add the all purpose flour in the frozen blueberries and add into the batter.

Pour the batter into the 8-inch square pan.

Bake at 350 F for 30 - 35 minutes and let it cool for 30 minutes.
