These masala fries are essentially a crispy french fries version of Pakistan and Indian origin.
Peel the potatoes.
Cut them length-wise.
Dip them into cold water.
Place them over paper towel.
Pat dry them.
Add olive oil and mix.
Add the spices and mix again.
Fry at 400 F.
Enjoy the best ever Masala Fries !
