Chapli Kabab

This chapli kabab recipe is made using minced beef with special spices using an easy cooking method.

Mix the spices in minced beef in a large bowl.

Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours.

Prepare a ball and spread it on the palm of your hand.

Press a tomato slices on the kabab.

Shallow fry them in a large frying pan.

Fry each side for 4 - 5 minutes until golden.

These kababs are just amazing.
